Terms of service

Van ASD warrants the parts and labor not to have any defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale.

The responsibility of Van ASD and this warranty are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein. There are no warranties which extend beyond the face hereof.

This warranty is void if the product is abused or mishandled at the sole judgment and discretion of Van ASD.

Van ASD does not warranty the actual vehicle. All service, maintenance and warranty claims for the actual vehicle should be handled with your local vehicle dealer. 

All Van ASD warranty repairs are to be done at our facility in Van Nuys, California. If it is deemed necessary to send a technician outside of our facility for a warranty repair it is the responsibility of the customer to reimburse Van ASD for all pre approved travel expenses.

Under no circumstances shall Van ASD be liable for any damage or loss, consequential or direct, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product.
